Erin Fogarty (2009) - Tutsi was actually a dressage champion in a previous life. She does pirouettes, flying changes, a stunning extended trot, she can buck and then she'll do a play bow and roll her head aroundl like Linda Blair in the exorcist. She also does a strange one where she skips keeping her alternate front feet off the ground for each stride. If she doesn't get a reward for the effort she stops dead and refuses to move. I wonder who's in charge! She can still manage this in a slightly arthritic fashion on a cool morning.

"Bella just had a funny one as well. So, she's always done the sit-up-on-haunches-and-clicky-paws to get attention, to tell us to hurry up and take our places, to tell us we need to give her whatever desirable item we have. I've also seen her do it to Newton and Raven, asking them to start play time. But the other day she and Raven tore out the back door and gave chase to a squirrel or three. The squirrels fortunately had a head start and all got up over the fence or up a tree. As one squirrel was running across branches trying to exit the yard (they still aren't certain whether the bas will climb the tree after them), Bella followed below, up on her back tippy toes, clicking her front paws madly at him... bipedal hopping/stepping along under his escape route, nose up, and clicking away.

Quite the circus dog!"
